Favorite Thing About WVU and Statler College
My favorite thing about WVU is the community. From the moment I started on campus, it felt like everyone was here to see you succeed.
Advice for Prospective Students
One piece of advice I would give to prospective Statler students is to take advantage of the academic resources available to them, especially tutoring and office hours. Engineering courses can be challenging, and it’s easy to fall behind if you try to figure everything out on your own. Going to office hours and tutoring sessions not only helps you understand the material better, but also builds relationships with professors and peers who want to see you succeed. Getting help early and consistently can make a huge difference in both your confidence and your performance.
