Dr. Winn conducts research regularly in the area of safety management and has published
award winning manuscripts in the same area. He has drafted safety legislation now
in place in over a dozen states and serves as a consultant in construction and
traffic safety. He serves as coordinator for the college's doctoral program in
Occupational Safety and Health, the only program of its kind in the US.
