WVU Stationery and Business Cards
WVU's Digital Documents & Copier Services and Procurement, Contracting and Payment Services departments have partnered to make the ordering of business stationery easier and faster using WVU's latest e-Procurement tool, "WVUBUY." Login to WVU MyAccess, select the WVUBUY tab, and shop online.
WVU's Digital Document and Copier Services is the exclusive supplier of official WVU stationery, including business cards, letterhead, and envelopes. Additional services such as printing of pamphlets, brochures, postcards, wide format printing, variable data printing, binding, laminating, and faxing are also available.

To submit information for a press release, please contact Mary Dillon and provide the following information in your emails: who, what, where, when, why, as well as any costs associated with attendance. Please send your information at least two weeks in advance of your event.
All departments and student groups also have direct access to the University's calendar and Current Student (formerly Mix) announcement system.
The Office of Marketing and Communications maintains a photo archive. Please contact Paige Nesbit to make a photo request. We can also arrange a photo shoot on your behalf. There is a cost associated, however, and budget approval from the Department chair is required before production can begin.
Each department has a person responsible for the maintenance of their respective web pages. All pages must adhere to web accessibility guidelines and WVU branding standards. For more information, contact Michelle Moirai.
WVU provides a blog service in support of communications conducted by the University community. Departments who wish to participate in an approved WVU blog must follow the established guidelines. Blog Guidelines for Colleges and Departments

West Virginia University Trademark Licensing protects the reputation and goodwill
of West Virginia University through the control of the appearance of its name and
indicia in the marketplace and elsewhere. All WVU branded products must be produced
licensed vendor and must be approved by Trademark Licensing. All internal requests
must be accompanied by the following form:

The information stations are a digital signage network of displays strategically placed across the Downtown and Evansdale campuses in areas with a lot of pedestrian traffic. The main purpose of the information stations is campus safety. However, the stations also provide real-time information to the WVU community about a variety of subjects including daily and special events, athletics schedules, Rec Center programs, and more.
